Mike Hanopol is a Filipino rock music icon singer, guitarist, and recording artist. He was a former bass guitarist for the Juan Dela Cruz Band. He is a pioneer of rock music in the Philippines during the 1970s, along with Pepe Smith and Wally Gonzales. In his career as a musician, Hanopol produced twenty albums, three of which became Gold prize awardees while another three received the Aliw Awards. Hanopol’s trademark is the beret, leather clothing, and his Steinberger guitar. Hanopol was the mentor and songwriter for the famous Filipino rock band known as HAGIBIS.
Perfecto "Perf" de Castro is a multi-awarded Filipino musician, currently focusing on Classical and Flamenco music played on the Ten-string guitar, but perhaps best known for having been a celebrated fixture in the Philippine alternative rock scene during the 1990s. During the course of that decade, he was part of the alternative rock band Rivermaya, founded the band Triaxis, and also collaborated with the seminal Filipino rapper Francis Magalona.
Kenneth Ilagan is the guitarist for the Filipino rock band The Dawn. Before assuming guitar duties for The Dawn, Ilagan also played guitar for Violent Playground, True Faith and Rivermaya (then known as Xaga).
