Adrenaline Rush, released in 1997, is the third studio album by rap artist Twista. It was his second album nationally released, after his previous effort Resurrection was shelved outside of Chicago. The album had guest artists: Johnny P, Liffy Stokes, Miss Kane, Malif, Mayz and Turtle Banks. The first single off the album was "Emotions", a song which reworked the chorus of the Do or Die hit "Po Pimp" (on which Twista was featured). The single "Get It Wet" charted on the Billboard Hot 100 at #96. With very little airplay or radio play outside the midwest, it went Gold.

  3. The Day After

The Day After is the fifth studio album by American rapper Twista, released in October 2005 via Atlantic Records. There is a version chopped and screwed by Paul Wall. The album was certified gold with sales much lower than his most successful album Kamikaze and was received to generally positive reviews. This album is also the first album Twista where there is no production by longtime collaborator, The Legendary Traxster.

  4. Resurrection

    Resurrection (1994)

Resurrection is the second studio album by Chicago rapper Twista, who had released his first album under the name Tung Twista. Along with the name and label change, the rapper slowed his flow slightly and deepened his voice; he also took to darker, rougher production, provided by his then-DJ, DJ-I.C. Dre. Though the album was released only in Chicago--possibly due to marketing conflicts with fellow Chicago rapper Common's own successful and similarly titled sophomore effort Resurrection, released exactly a week later—it served as a template for Twista's seminal Adrenaline Rush, released three years later. This album is somewhat famous for the song "Suicide", which takes shot at group Naughty by Nature (It was a response for the group, after they stated that Twista's fast rap style was all show and a gimmick). Many people think Twista won the beef, because of this particular song.

Adrenaline Rush 2007 is the sixth studio album by rapper Twista. It was released on September 18, 2007. The "2007" in the title references the ten-year passed since Adrenaline Rush. The first official single from the album was "Give It Up", featuring Pharrell and "Creep Fast (Feat. T-Pain)" was the second single. The professional review from XXL states that the content of commercial and raw talent is a good mix. The album has received generally favorable reviews.

Category F5 is the seventh studio album by American rapper Twista. The album marks the first collaboration with Chicago producer the Legendary Traxster since 2004's Kamikaze. The album was released on July 14, 2009. Originally scheduled to feature Kanye West, Akon, Busta Rhymes, Mr. Criminal, Tech N9ne, and Static Major, guest appearances were pared down as many of the leaked songs were recorded, including the song "Problems" featuring Tech N9ne, which was cut because of sample-clearance problems. The track "She Got It" (produced by Jim Jonsin & featuring Bobby Valentino) was cut because the tracks were not 100% ready, although it is thought the track will be made available in the coming months. "All Right" (produced by Kanye West) was included on iTunes as a bonus track.
