Katherine Anne "Kate" Austen is a fictional character on the ABC television series Lost, played by Canadian actress Evangeline Lilly. She is the de facto female lead. In the original plot, in which Jack Shephard (Matthew Fox) dies when the group finds the cockpit, Kate was to emerge as the leader for the survivors, motivating them to build shelter and begin considering life as permanent residents of the island. In the original description for Kate, she was a slightly older woman separated from her husband, who went to the bathroom in the tail-section of the plane. However, that idea ended up being used for Rose Henderson (L. Scott Caldwell) and her husband Bernard Nadler (Sam Anderson). She is involved in a love triangle with Jack and Sawyer (Josh Holloway) and is seen as very protective of Claire (Emilie de Ravin) and her baby Aaron.

Klaus Baudelaire () is a fictional character and one of the three protagonists of Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events series who appears in all thirteen novels. Klaus is the middle child of the Baudelaire orphans; he has an older sister named Violet and a younger sister named Sunny. His sister Violet is the family inventor, Sunny is the family biter (and later chef) and Klaus is the researcher. He is twelve years old at the beginning of the series, and turns thirteen in The Vile Village. By the end of the series, he is fourteen (fifteen years old if you count in Chapter 14). Klaus is the "bookworm" of the family, and his love of books has often helped him save himself and his sisters.
Violet Baudelaire () is a fictional character and one of the three protagonists of Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events series who appears in all thirteen novels. Violet is the oldest of the Baudelaire orphans at 14 years old and often helps her 12-year-old brother Klaus and her baby sister Sunny solve problems with her inventing skills. As the eldest, she is the natural leader of the group.
Filip "Chibs" Telford is a fictional character, on the FX television series Sons of Anarchy, played by Tommy Flanagan. He is the Vice President of the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club. Unlike most of the club members, who are American, Chibs is from the United Kingdom and is Scottish. He is nicknamed 'Chibs' because of his facial scars ("chib" is Scottish slang for a knife or other stabbing implement), which are real scars Flanagan received in a mugging. He is extremely loyal to Jax Teller, the club's President, seems to have a good relationship with Tig Trager, and appears to be an increasingly fatherlike figure to Juice Ortiz.
Alexander "Tig" Trager is a fictional character on the FX television series Sons of Anarchy, played by Kim Coates. He was the Sergeant-at-Arms of the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club's Charming, California chapter and is the gang's most violent member. He was extremely loyal to Clay Morrow, the club's former President, Clay's wife Gemma, and the club itself. He has at times had a strained relationship with the current President, Jax Teller, arising from his use of violence in situations which may not call for it.
Sunny Baudelaire () is a fictional character and one of the three protagonists of Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events series who appears in all thirteen novels. Sunny is the youngest of the three Baudelaire orphans, and is described as an infant through much of the series. Although Sunny cannot walk till the seventh book and largely speaks in an idiosyncratic form of baby talk, she repeatedly demonstrates advanced problem solving skills, motor dexterity, comprehension, moral reasoning, and intelligence. In the film she is portrayed by Kara and Shelby Hoffman.
Juan Carlos "Juice" Ortiz is a fictional character on the FX television series Sons of Anarchy, played by Theo Rossi. He is the Intelligence Officer for Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club. Though he displays great technical prowess, he has also proven to be somewhat simple minded when it comes to other tasks, often garnering him hazing from the other members.
